A circuit style class with an amazing bunch of ladies who want to be fitter, stronger, more energised and feel better both physically and mentally.

Women’s fitness is evolving, out with hours of cardio and fad diets and in with lifting weights, feeling strong and fueling our bodies in a healthy sustainable way. Maybe you’ve thought about adding weights into your workouts but you’re not sure where to start and don’t feel confident enough to lift weights independently.

No 2 classes are the same introducing you to different exercises, training methods, achievable challenges and fun and games some weeks too 🙂

Benefits of weight training
*The more muscle mass you have the more calories you burn when at rest
*Improves mood, memory and cognitive function
*As we age we lose bone and muscle mass increasing the risk of osteoporosis. Weight training is a great was to help counterbalance this
*Increase muscle definition and strength
*Improves heart health
*Strengthens joints
